The Invisalign® Treatment Process
Your dentist will start by developing an Invisalign® treatment plan. Three-dimensional digital images will be taken of the entire jaw, which will allow your dentist to move specific teeth on the screen, view the jaw from different angles, and also foresee what your face might look after treatment is complete.
Once the planning phase is complete, a set of custom aligners will be created for you. The total number of aligners required to complete treatment varies with each individual case, but 20-29 sets per arch is typical.
You will visit your dentist periodically throughout the treatment process so that they can monitor your progress, and make adjustments where necessary.
